At The Foraging Course Company we love teaching others about the wonderful edible plants and mushrooms growing all around us in the UK.

We run public foraging courses for adults only in central counties, which can include, Bedfordshire, Birmingham area, Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire. Private foraging courses are available nationwide.

Our foraging courses are designed to enable you to discover nature's secret larder. You will learn how to identify edible wild food from poisonous lookalikes, find out how to harvest sustainably, gain tips on where to look and how to use your finds, and get to sample some tasty treats along the way
